FROM THE "CITY OF VENUS", TO THE "ECUMENICAL CITY"... (second part)

There can be no heaven without God.

Creating a global structure necessary for the Government of the continent of the abundance.

The only commitment to subscribe, to acquire the citizenship in the "Continent of the Abundance" : in compliance with the Code of Ethics that, always as an example, could include, among other things, the following commitments by the citizens:

• Every inhabitant, who freely expressed his desire to enter to take part in the "Continent of Abundance" will direct their Weltanschauung to the concrete manifestation of the ability to love the environment, nature, all living beings and to give themselves to others so that no one is excluded from the abundance of goods and services and, as is his natural right, to live his entire life in joy and in happiness;

• every inhabitant, to any religious belief it belongs, has the right to freely practice his faith, in the appropriate places of worship, in respect and peaceful tolerance of those who profess a faith or a different culture;

• every inhabitant sees the earth inhabited as a human  multicultural, multiethnic and multireligious reality, and humans that have become, for their own free will, members of the "new planetary civilization", must be able to know, at the base of their culture, of their actions and of their peaceful coexistence, to unify values and ideals of service to the common good, for the preservation and enhancement of the ecosystem, for achieving social and economic balance in the world, to achieve the happiness on earth, not only through abundance and prosperity, but also through the cultural and spiritual elevation of all living things;

The Global structure for the "Government of abundance" as required by the economic and social system RBE, should be able to understand:

• for the analysis and verification of real resources offered to every citizen in order to restore the dignity of the human being and the joy of living their lives without hardship, without deprivation and without sacrifice;

• for the drafting of an operational program that will identify and ascertain the assets and resources that exist, and not used, and the demand for goods and services at a national and continental level, on an annual basis;

• to coordinate and regulate the transition from the current model of life to the one proposed in the draft of the social alternative of the Model RBE (Resource Based Economy), resource-based economy;

• for the identification of the lines of action, of the policies and the strategies best suited to the implementation of the "culture of abundance", to the Government of concrete actions and mediation between "converging interests" and "conflicting interests" that would continue to be expressed especially on the part of the political system and financial which opposes to the loss of their privileges and its prerogatives;

• etc. ..........................

3) The Central Government of the Resources, responsible for the intercontinental coordination of the five continental Units for the periodic verification of the results obtained about the quality of interventions, efficiency in achieving the "standard of abundance for all," the mediation for the pacification of relations with the political, institutional, socio-economic, financial forces and currents of  traditionalist and conservative thought hostile to the goals of the Venus Project through flexible and svelte bodies such as:

Clearly, this is a working proposal limited to the elements of general management, which require, in itself, the necessary and correct study, and specialistic study, but i am certain about the urgent necessity that needs to be promoted, the most immediately possible, a new awareness and a growing propensity towards the realization of the well-loved Project RBE. For every citizen of the world to keep on staying with his hands in hand waiting for entire nations to be dominated by the empire of Finance and to be conducted toward self-destruction is unbearable, inconceivable and frustrating.
Necessarily, the need for change, is expected to grow, and especially in the younger generations; try so confidence will grow more and the more in the real potential of your innovative MODEL OF WORLDWIDE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RESOURCES, starting ... straightaway.

Focusing on the planetary spread of the Project, to make it as shared as possible, I think it's the way to make it concretely achievable. The your documentary "Paradise or Oblivion" goes in this direction, but no other means of dissemination and of promotion can be neglected.

THANK YOU FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE AND FOR  WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO TO TRANSFORM THE PLANET IN A PARADISE AND TO RENDER MAN  WORTHY OF THIS PRICELESS TREASURE; but please, remember: there can be no paradise without God.
